Device Warranty (Hardware)
All streaming box devices purchased directly from StreamBoxTV include a one (1) year limited hardware warranty, beginning on the original date of purchase.
• Each customer is eligible for one (1) free device replacement within the one-year warranty period
• After the one free replacement has been used, any additional replacements during the same warranty year will require a $10 replacement fee
• Warranty applies only to devices purchased from StreamBoxTV

StreamBoxTV App Warranty (Software)
The StreamBoxTV app includes a lifetime warranty as long as the customer remains active with StreamBoxTV.
The app warranty includes:
• Reinstalling the app if it is deleted
• Transferring the app and active account to a new or replacement device
• App support with each annual renewal or app installation on StreamBoxTV devices

Opt-Out of Warranty
If a customer discontinues service with StreamBoxTV or switches to another provider, ALL warranties (device and app) are immediately void.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS under any circumstances.
StreamBoxTV reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
